This camera is HDMI ready, so that you can play back high-quality audio/video by plugging in a single cable. Thanks to the built-in USB cable, sharing your photos or video online (on Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) is as easy as plugging into your computer. Once you have plugged into an internet-connected PC, your data will automatically go to the chosen destination. This camcorder differs from the similarly priced VPC-GH3 model in that it has dual microphones and integrated USB arm, and lacks the fold-out LCD display (opting instead for a simple Flip Video design). There are color options available for the Sanyo Xacti VPC-PD1 camcorder.
