The Sanyo Xacti VPC-CG65 is a compact budget standard definition camcorder. Shooting at 640x480 the VPC-CG65 outputs AVC/H.264 MPEG-4 to a loaded SDHC card (a 1GB card can contain up to 1 hour and 20 minutes of footage).

The VPC-CG65 really shines with images, as the camera sports a 6MP CMOS sensor and 8 resolution settings. The VPC-CG65 was replaced in 2007 by the VPC-CG9, which includes 40mb of internal memory, a better 9MP sensor and a higher resolution screen.
