A more compact model versus its somewhat bulky peers (the waterproof VPC-WH1/CA9 and full HD VPC-FH11/HD2000), the Sanyo VPC-CG10 offers standard high-definition, progressive 720p (1280x720) recording at 30 fpm. In addition, the VPC-CG10 features a 3” wide LCD for previewing video, an anti-shake function for reducing blurs, a fake-chaser function for capturing moving subjects, a 5x optical zoom, and a 10 megapixel CMOS Sensor. The VPC-CG10 also boasts up to 1600 ISO, digital image stabilization for both videos and pixels, an SD/SDHC memory slot, and 40GB of internal memory. It should also be noted that the VPC-CG10 maintains a revolutionary and highly-stylish vertical design. Slated to drop on February 2nd, 2009, the Sanyo VPC-CG10 does not yet feature a set price.
