Despite its cheap price, this piece has a 720p (1280x720) HD shooting mode, a 2.4" LCD with improved viewing in bright sunlight, and a swiveling lens that offers more flexibility while shooting. The 2GB build in memory card allows for 60 mins of HD recording mode or 6 hours of low-quality Youtube capture mode. This piece compares with the Kodak Zi6, which is also a budget HD camcorder. However it is slightly cheaper, the Zi6 retails for $175.
